today was a much needed, fabulous day.
we went to the BEACH.
and not just any beach.
we went to the Mediterranean Sea.
say whaaat?!
my first every warm water beach.
it was amazing.
you just jump right in and it feels great!
so so different from my previous adventures
in the Pacific Ocean.
I was seriously in heaven.
I mean, warm water or not, I'm in love with the beach
but this was such a nice breath of fresh air. literally.
oh, and very salty. like eye and throat burning salty haha!
but that didn't stop us!
I could've been in there all day, but there was more to explore!
We went down to Old Jaffa city. Mostly everything was closed because that night was the start of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, but it was still fun to walk around.
And then we took a walk back along the beach. It was divine.
And then got dinner at a place on the beach.
I was feeling healthy and got a quinoa salad.
We finished off the day watching the sunset.
We drove home feeling completely happy and wiped out from the sun.
