Best Clean Romances

It's LOVE MONTH! I thought I would share a few of my favorite romance novels!

Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson
A proper romance that is just delightful. I always say this is my favorite book (if I could only pick one) and it's one of the few books I've read more than once!

The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks
I watched this movie recently with my husband who had never seen it and he was just dying to find out what happened and wanted to know so badly if they ended up together! I know Nicholas Sparks sometimes gets a bad rap, but I thoroughly enjoy all of them!

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Isn't Jane Austen the G.O.A.T. of romance novels? As long as we leave Emma off the list, I'm fine with all of them.

To All the Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han
It took me awhile to jump on this bandwagon but these YA novels are so fun. Laura Jean writes letters to her crushes that accidentally get delivered to them! The books follow her as she navigates this disaster that completely turns her high school life upside down. I was invested in the story and have a strong opinion about Peter K.

Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
I actually haven't read this one, but I've seen the movie and really enjoyed it. The act of selfless love is so romantic!

A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks
Mandy Moore fan for life! Anyone else only see the actors while you're reading after a movie has been made?

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
Another classic on my list but I know there are so many Jane Eyre lovers out there!

Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen
Another Jane Austen you can't go wrong with.

The Selection by Kiera Cass
Hunger Games meets the Bachelor in this YA series. Flew through these when I was just getting back into reading after college.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Annie Barrows and Mary Ann Shaffer
A secret book club during the German Occupation? How exciting. I guess this is technically not a romance novel as that's not the focus of the book but I found a certain relationship in it quite romantic.

The Mistletoe Promise by Richard Paul Evans
Single during the holidays, Elise and Nick create a contract promising to pretend to be in a relationship at all of their social obligations during the Christmas season. But what will happen when the two months are over? I also love all of Richard Paul Evan's books, many of which are romances, the Hallmark kind :)

Love and Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch
Lina is spending the summer in Tuscany getting to know her father, but it sounds like a lot more is in store for her there.

Sweet Misfortune by Kevin Alan Milne
This one is an ex coming back story. Spicy. A bet is on - place an ad in the paper saying "Wanted: Happiness" and if 100 people respond, Sophie agrees to a date. If not, he'll leave her alone forever.

The Accidental Beauty Queen by Teri Wilson
Twin sisters who couldn't be more opposite - an elementary school librarian and a beauty queen. I think you can see where this is going... on the night before the pageant, the beauty queen gets an allergic reaction and they have to switch places!

Let me know if there's any I missed in the comments. I am always up for a good love story!
