I LOVE little getaway trips. I think they just add so much to life and give you the relaxation that you need! I officially decided to go pretty last minute but it was SO worth it! 

Any time spent with the jerucrew is time well spent!

JT's family has a house down in St. George so we all made our way down there and had a blast!

We just chilled at the pool, went on some hikes, and spent some time at the temple!

Trace was making sure there wasn't a chance he could get sunburnt.

the whole crew! it was a smaller group but that's sometimes nice so you get to interact with everyone

Jacob and I also went to visit Grandma Blackner for a little bit. She was visiting Uncle Kenny and Aunt Carol. It was fun to see them!

We also went to visit the Del Toro's!

That was only my second time in St. George but I absolutely love it! Even though it is dying hot, I just think it's a fun deserty place to be!

the fourth

I can't even remember the last time I was home for this blessed holiday but it was definitely one to remember!

I will never stop loving this beautiful day and our amazing country!

I was only a little bit disappointed that I wasn't in Provo for Stadium of Fire 🔥 but there's really nothing that can beat a hometown baseball game in a suite.

Great view, good people and fireworks 💥 it was a blast!

The next morning we watched jacob and his team play in a 3v3 basketball tournament. The weather was perfect and these boys did awesome!

Then our little family went down to get some grub at the Steilacoom Farmers Market. Nobody was complaining about these Philly cheesesteaks.

As Jacob said the other day, "You can't find a Philly this good west of the Mississippi"

We finished the night off by watching the fireworks across the sound from this beautiful view. I was in heaven! I was super grateful to be HOME.

Happy 4th y'all! I hope that we always remember the sacrifices that have been made to keep this country free but also that it is a country founded on trust in God. We are so blessed!
