Kindness Challenge: Make a habit of focusing on kindness!
  • be kind to unkind people. They need it most.
  • refrain from criticizing others behind their back.
  • practice random acts of kindness

Today I was just more conscious of the things I said about others and made sure I was being positive. It was really interesting to notice that being kind has so much to do with our attitude! It is true that everyone needs to feel kindness.
